Culture Book
As Lead Brand Designer, I led the visual and art direction for The Culture Book, a digital and web project created to articulate The Black Tux’s culture, values, and identity to both current team members and future hires. Partnering closely with the executive team, I translated abstract cultural concepts into a compelling, cohesive format—balancing clarity with creativity. The final product served as both an internal north star and an external brand statement, visually bringing the company’s mission and ethos to life.
